Thank you so much for supporting my art! Because I am a small, artist-run studio, each order is handled with great care. Please review the shipping details below.

Processing Time

 

All orders ship within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Most items are made or packaged by hand, so this processing window allows me to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.

During busy seasons, vendor events, or product launches, processing times may be extended. If that happens, I will update this page or contact you directly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Typical delivery estimates (after the 7-day processing window):

• Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days
• Expedited options: Coming soon!

Delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may vary.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Queen Vashti Studios is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by USPS or UPS
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. You’re always welcome to email me too, and I’ll help however I can.

Local Pickup (Colorado Only)

 

 

 

If you’re in Colorado Springs or Denver, I may offer local pickup for certain items or events.

If available, you’ll see it as an option at checkout.

Hand-Painted Jewelry & Artwork Custom or made-to-order pieces may require extra time. If so, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
